#6 Thor Ragnarok

The movie at the number 6 spot on the list of my top ten movies is Thor Ragnarok. This movie is at the number 6 spot because it is one of my favorite action movies as well as one of my favorite marvel movies. Another reason this movie is ranked 6 on my list is because Thor is my favorite superhero. I believe that he is the strongest hero and if there were to be fight with any other Marvel hero, he’d win. I think the movie is a great way to see how Thor is a great character in the Marvel movies and he shows how great he is in the masterpiece that he stars in.

Thor Ragnarok is about a superhero named Thor who is imprisoned in another universe. While imprisoned in this universe he meets his former ally and new avenger, Hulk. This wasn’t the ordinary, friendly reunion between friends, this was the exact opposite. Thor and Hulk were both imprisoned, and at this institution, there were fights for freedom. The Hulk is the top dog, if anyone defeats him, they win. So, Thor and the Hulk ended up fighting as their first time seeing each other in a while. While all this is going on, Thor is in a rush to stop Ragnarok the destruction of his world and save his hometown and fellow Asgardians, from being destroyed by the very powerful villain named Hela.

My favorite scene from the movie is the fight between Thor and Hela. The Hulk and company did help, but it was mostly Thor’s effort that saved his world. My favorite part of the movie is when Hela has Thor in a chokehold and asks him what I he the god of. Since Thor didn’t have his hammer, he thought he wouldn’t be strong enough to battle Hela. But he had a talk with his dad and his dad told him that the hammer was to just help contain his power and that he never needed the hammer as a source of power. After hearing that, Thor went insane following that talk, he then wiped out all the evil soldiers. While doing so, Thor had the power of lightning, he was spinning in the air, having lightning strike down on people, and embracing the pure lightning without using his hammer. Thor then went on to save his people, but not the world.
